Price and terms of payment

Once you have received confirmation of your request by email, you will have 2 days to make a deposit of 20% of the total price of the trip by way of a online payment or bank transfer to:

Once you have paid, it is essential that you send us a (scanned) copy of the bank transfer slip to the following email: info@lazypedals.com
Your booking cannot be confirmed until we have received the said deposit.

The remaining 80% shall be paid in full no later than 30 days before commencing the trip.

Where bookings are made less than 30 days before the start of your holiday, full payment must be made when booking

The client shall be liable for any charges or costs incurred in the bank transfer or currency exchange operation.

The price includes VAT.

Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your trip, you must notify us by email ASAP. The following cancellation penalty scale shall be applied and charged:

- More than 60 days: Administration expenses: 60€

- Between 59 & 28 days before trip, the client shall pay 5%.

- Between 29 & 15 days before trip, the client shall pay 20%.

- Between 14 & 8 days before trip, the client shall pay 50%.

- Less than 3 days’ notice, the client shall pay 100% of the total price.

insurance

LAZYPEDALS will not assume responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal effects or for any injury or loss during the duration of the tour. Therefore, baggage and health/accident insurance are highly recommended. We also strongly recommend to get travel insurance to protect you in the event you must cancel your vacation or if your trip is interrupted for any reason: emergency or illness of the participant or a traveling companion, illness or death of an immediate family member of either the participant or their traveling companion.
